This new appointment reinforces the team at T2RL supporting airlines develop distribution strategies and plans for the future, as the market moves into NDC for indirect distribution. Ian brings a wealth of distribution experience, skill and knowledge, having worked at BA/IAG for over 20 years in various roles, ultimately as Head of Distribution, British Airways and more recently at Qatar Airways as VP Distribution and Product Development. He will be working closely with Cory Garner, T2RL Co-CEO to bring this service to airlines and work closely with the airlines already engaged with T2RL, to develop new distribution strategies.

Bert Craven, Chief Strategy and Research Officer at T2RL will take on responsibility as President Airline Technology, working closely with Richard Clarke, Co-CEO, T2RL and the expanded T2RL consulting team, continuing to help airlines streamline their procurement of complex technology.
