Cambodia Airways is the first airline to go live on the Radixx NextGen retailing platform. The airline, whose go-live date on Radixx was July 1, 2018, has operations centers in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville and will have scheduled and chartered flights to Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Radixx was selected for their omni-channel retailing capabilities and ability to scale to accommodate growth. Radixx’s unique merchandising capabilities, natively built into the passenger system, allows the airline to operate efficiently and maximize their revenue potential at all points during the customer journey. Additionally, Cambodia Airways will leverage the system’s innovative retailing and mobile solutions in the airport environment.
Sylvia YE, Commercial Director for Cambodia Airways states, “It is our pleasure to cooperate with Radixx and expand the Asia market together, and I believe Cambodia Airways will build up a positive model as a start-up airline for Radixx. We expect Radixx to invest more to Asia market as the area expected to have a rapid increment in the following years.”
John C. Elieson, Radixx President & CEO, comments that, “Radixx is pleased to expand its presence across Asia and Europe through our partnership with Cambodia Airways. We are confident that by using Radixx’s world class Internet Booking Engine, Departure Control System and Passenger Services System, Cambodia Airways may become a leading innovator in their region.”
